本(ben)報(bào)(bao)訊 (記者毛(mao)濃(nong)曦 通(tong)訊員丁(ding)菲(fei))7月(yue)7日(ri),陜西陜化煤化工集(ji)團(tuán)有(you)限公(gong)司(以下簡(jiǎn)(jian)稱(cheng)陜化(hua)公司(si)),5場(chǎng)星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員工(gong)授(shou)勛儀式分頭進(jìn)(jin)行,首(shou)批(pi)145名(ming)星(xing)級(jí)員工(gong)分獲一星、二星(xing)、三星(xing)勛(xun)章及(ji)相應(yīng)的(de)1000元(yuan)、1500元、2000元(yuan)獎(jiǎng)金。這(zhe)是(shi)該公(gong)司(si)推(tui)進(jìn)產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)工人(ren)隊(duì)伍(wu)建設(shè)改革的又(you)一重(zhong)磅(bang)舉措(cuo)。
建廠50多年(nian)的(de)陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司是(shi)一(yi)家(jia)集(ji)煤(mei)化工、磷(lin)化工(gong)、精細(xì)化工于(yu)一體(ti)的(de)大(da)型國(guó)(guo)企(qi),2021年(nian)盈利(li)7億元(yuan)。近(jin)年來(lái)(lai),該(gai)公司以(yi)國(guó)(guo)企改(gai)革(ge)3年(nian)攻(gong)堅(jiān)行動(dòng)為(wei)契機(jī)(ji),實(shí)(shi)施(shi)勞(lao)動(dòng)、人(ren)事、分配(pei)3項(xiàng)(xiang)制(zhi)度(du)改革(ge),同時(shí)深(shen)入推(tui)進(jìn)(jin)產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)工(gong)人隊(duì)伍(wu)建(jian)設(shè)(she)改革。3年(nian)間(jian),建(jian)立了管(guan)理(li)、技(ji)術(shù)、操作3支人(ren)才(cai)隊(duì)(dui)伍(wu),推行了班(ban)組(zu)長(zhǎng)(zhang)、技術(shù)(shu)、管(guan)理人員競(jìng)聘上崗等(deng)一(yi)系列(lie)改革(ge)。
“今(jin)年(nian)3月(yue),我(wo)們(men)決(jue)定(ding)加大(da)‘產(chǎn)(chan)改’力(li)度,拿出(chu)100萬(wàn)元(yuan)實(shí)(shi)施(shi)星級(jí)員(yuan)工(gong)評(píng)選獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度,就是為了(le)進(jìn)一(yi)步讓(rang)會(huì)(hui)操作(zuo)、懂(dong)技術(shù)、善管理(li)、敢擔(dān)當(dāng)、講(jiang)奉(feng)獻(xiàn)的(de)職工(gong)上升(sheng)有(you)通(tong)道,增(zeng)收有希(xi)望。”陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司黨(dang)委書(shu)記、董事長(zhǎng)屈(qu)戰(zhàn)(zhan)成說(shuō)(shuo)。
據(jù)介紹,星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)評(píng)(ping)選(xuan),分(fen)基本(ben)星(xing)和(he)提升(sheng)星(xing)兩種(zhong)星(xing)型?;?ji)本星(xing)指(zhi)向員(yuan)工(gong)基本(ben)素(su)質(zhì)(zhi)、基本技(ji)能(neng)和基本素養(yǎng)(yang),分學(xué)習(xí)(xi)之星、安全之星(xing)、技能之星、設(shè)備之(zhi)星、創(chuàng)效(xiao)之(zhi)星、服務(wù)之(zhi)星6種;提升星(xing)指(zhi)向員(yuan)工(gong)管(guan)理技能、綜合素(su)養(yǎng)(yang)和道(dao)德品(pin)質(zhì)(zhi),分(fen)管(guan)理(li)之星、誠(chéng)(cheng)信(xin)之(zhi)星(xing)、友(you)善之(zhi)星3種。所有員工可(ke)以同(tong)時(shí)(shi)參與所有(you)星型評(píng)定(ding),結(jié)(jie)果進(jìn)(jin)行累(lei)計(jì)(ji),依累計(jì)(ji)星數(shù)(shu),評(píng)出(chu)不同星(xing)級(jí)的(de)員(yuan)工。操作(zuo)中(zhong),按照(zhao)廠月度評(píng)(ping)星、公(gong)司(si)季(ji)度聯(lián)評(píng)、年度(du)評(píng)先表(biao)彰(zhang)的(de)程(cheng)序(xu)進(jìn)(jin)行。
本次(ci)評(píng)選(xuan),各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)月度(du)評(píng)選(xuan)后,第(di)一(yi)時(shí)(shi)間進(jìn)行公示。公(gong)司(si)工會(huì)在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chǔ)上(shang),組(zu)織(zhi)季度(du)評(píng)(ping)星。最(zui)終(zhong),5名管理(li)之(zhi)星(xing)、1名(ming)三(san)星級(jí)員(yuan)工(gong)、9名二星級(jí)員工(gong)、130名(ming)一星級(jí)員工脫(tuo)穎而(er)出(chu)。
“公司計(jì)(ji)劃(hua)要讓20%的員(yuan)工(gong)成(cheng)為星級(jí)員工(gong)。”陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司黨(dang)委(wei)副(fu)書(shu)記(ji)、工(gong)會(huì)(hui)主(zhu)席賈(jia)健喜告訴(su)記者(zhe)。為此(ci),公(gong)司(si)從專(zhuan)項(xiàng)(xiang)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)中(zhong)列支100萬(wàn)元,設(shè)(she)立星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員工獎(jiǎng)(jiang)勵(lì)(li)資(zi)金?!霸诮?jie)下(xia)來(lái)的季(ji)度(du)評(píng)(ping)星(xing)后(hou),員工獲評(píng)(ping)類型會(huì)越(yue)來(lái)越多(duo),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)幅(fu)度會(huì)越(yue)來(lái)(lai)越大(da)。”
大范(fan)圍、重含(han)金(jin)量的激勵(lì)(li)機(jī)制(zhi),在(zai)公司職工中(zhong)引(yin)起(qi)了(le)強(qiáng)烈響(xiang)應(yīng)(ying),全(quan)員出(chu)現(xiàn)了(le)從(cong)“要(yao)我(wo)干”轉(zhuǎn)變到(dao)“我(wo)要干”的濃(nong)厚氛(fen)圍(wei)。上(shang)半年(nian),陜化(hua)公司(si)實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)營(yíng)業(yè)收(shou)入(ru)39.66億(yi)元(yuan)、利(li)潤(rùn)11.1億(yi)元,同(tong)比分別(bie)增(zeng)加6.39億(yi)元、3.23億元,超額完(wan)成(cheng)“雙過(guò)(guo)半(ban)”。
