本(ben)報(bào)訊(xun) (記(ji)者(zhe)毛濃(nong)曦 通(tong)訊(xun)員(yuan)丁菲(fei))7月(yue)7日(ri),陜西陜(shan)化煤化工集團(tuán)(tuan)有(you)限(xian)公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(cheng)陜化(hua)公司),5場(chǎng)(chang)星級(jí)(ji)員工(gong)授(shou)勛儀(yi)式(shi)分頭進(jìn)(jin)行,首(shou)批145名(ming)星(xing)級(jí)員工(gong)分(fen)獲一(yi)星、二(er)星(xing)、三星(xing)勛(xun)章及相(xiang)應(yīng)(ying)的1000元(yuan)、1500元、2000元獎(jiǎng)(jiang)金。這(zhe)是該(gai)公司(si)推(tui)進(jìn)產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)(ye)工(gong)人(ren)隊(duì)伍(wu)建設(shè)(she)改(gai)革的又(you)一(yi)重(zhong)磅舉(ju)措。
建廠(chang)50多年(nian)的(de)陜(shan)化公(gong)司是(shi)一家集(ji)煤化(hua)工、磷(lin)化(hua)工(gong)、精細(xì)(xi)化工(gong)于一體的(de)大(da)型(xing)國(guó)企,2021年(nian)盈(ying)利7億(yi)元(yuan)。近(jin)年來(lái)(lai),該(gai)公司(si)以國(guó)企(qi)改革(ge)3年攻(gong)堅(jiān)行(xing)動(dòng)為(wei)契(qi)機(jī),實(shí)(shi)施(shi)勞(lao)動(dòng)(dong)、人事、分配3項(xiàng)(xiang)制度(du)改革,同時(shí)(shi)深(shen)入(ru)推(tui)進(jìn)產(chǎn)(chan)業(yè)工人(ren)隊(duì)(dui)伍(wu)建設(shè)改(gai)革。3年間(jian),建立了管(guan)理、技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、操作3支人(ren)才隊(duì)(dui)伍,推行(xing)了班(ban)組長(zhǎng)、技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、管理人員(yuan)競(jìng)聘上(shang)崗等(deng)一(yi)系列改革。
“今年(nian)3月(yue),我們決(jue)定(ding)加(jia)大(da)‘產(chǎn)改(gai)’力(li)度,拿出(chu)100萬(wàn)元(yuan)實(shí)(shi)施星級(jí)(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)評(píng)(ping)選獎(jiǎng)(jiang)勵(lì)制(zhi)度,就是(shi)為(wei)了(le)進(jìn)(jin)一(yi)步(bu)讓會(huì)(hui)操作(zuo)、懂技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、善(shan)管理(li)、敢(gan)擔(dān)當(dāng)(dang)、講奉(feng)獻(xiàn)的職工上升(sheng)有(you)通道,增收(shou)有希望(wang)。”陜化公司黨(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記、董(dong)事長(zhǎng)屈戰(zhàn)成說(shuō)。
據(jù)(ju)介紹,星級(jí)(ji)員工(gong)評(píng)(ping)選(xuan),分(fen)基本星和(he)提(ti)升星(xing)兩(liang)種(zhong)星型?;拘侵?zhi)向員工(gong)基本素(su)質(zhì)(zhi)、基(ji)本(ben)技(ji)能和基本(ben)素(su)養(yǎng)(yang),分學(xué)習(xí)(xi)之(zhi)星(xing)、安(an)全之(zhi)星(xing)、技能(neng)之(zhi)星(xing)、設(shè)備(bei)之星(xing)、創(chuàng)效之星、服務(wù)(wu)之星(xing)6種(zhong);提升星指(zhi)向(xiang)員工(gong)管(guan)理(li)技能、綜(zong)合素(su)養(yǎng)和(he)道(dao)德品質(zhì),分(fen)管(guan)理之(zhi)星、誠(chéng)(cheng)信之(zhi)星(xing)、友(you)善之星(xing)3種。所(suo)有(you)員工(gong)可(ke)以(yi)同(tong)時(shí)(shi)參(can)與所有(you)星型(xing)評(píng)(ping)定(ding),結(jié)果(guo)進(jìn)行(xing)累(lei)計(jì),依(yi)累計(jì)(ji)星數(shù),評(píng)(ping)出不同星級(jí)的員(yuan)工(gong)。操作(zuo)中,按(an)照廠(chang)月(yue)度評(píng)(ping)星(xing)、公(gong)司(si)季度聯(lián)(lian)評(píng)、年(nian)度(du)評(píng)先(xian)表彰(zhang)的程序(xu)進(jìn)(jin)行。
本次(ci)評(píng)選(xuan),各單(dan)位月度評(píng)(ping)選后,第(di)一時(shí)間(jian)進(jìn)(jin)行公(gong)示(shi)。公(gong)司工會(huì)(hui)在(zai)此(ci)基礎(chǔ)(chu)上(shang),組(zu)織季度(du)評(píng)(ping)星。最終,5名管理之(zhi)星(xing)、1名三星級(jí)(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)、9名二(er)星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員工(gong)、130名(ming)一(yi)星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)脫(tuo)穎而出。
“公司計(jì)(ji)劃要讓(rang)20%的員工(gong)成為星(xing)級(jí)(ji)員(yuan)工(gong)。”陜化公(gong)司(si)黨委(wei)副書(shu)記、工會(huì)(hui)主席(xi)賈健(jian)喜(xi)告訴記(ji)者(zhe)。為此,公(gong)司(si)從專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)(li)中(zhong)列支(zhi)100萬(wàn)元,設(shè)立星級(jí)員工(gong)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)資(zi)金。“在接下來(lái)的(de)季度(du)評(píng)星后,員(yuan)工獲(huo)評(píng)(ping)類(lei)型(xing)會(huì)越來(lái)(lai)越多(duo),獎(jiǎng)(jiang)勵(lì)幅(fu)度會(huì)越(yue)來(lái)越(yue)大。”
大范(fan)圍、重(zhong)含金量的(de)激(ji)勵(lì)機(jī)(ji)制,在公(gong)司職工中(zhong)引起了強(qiáng)(qiang)烈響(xiang)應(yīng),全員出現(xiàn)了(le)從(cong)“要(yao)我(wo)干(gan)”轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)變(bian)到“我要(yao)干”的(de)濃厚氛圍。上半(ban)年,陜(shan)化公(gong)司(si)實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)(xian)營(yíng)業(yè)(ye)收入(ru)39.66億(yi)元、利潤(rùn)(run)11.1億(yi)元,同(tong)比分別增(zeng)加6.39億元、3.23億元,超(chao)額(e)完成“雙(shuang)過(guò)半”。
