在“雙碳”政策背(bei)景下,采用清(qing)潔能(neng)源電力(li)替代(dai)化(hua)石(shi)能(neng)源(yuan),提升企業(yè)的(de)能(neng)效(xiao)管(guan)控(kong)水(shui)平是降(jiang)低(di)碳排(pai)放的有效途徑。陜化公(gong)司在能(neng)源供給和(he)消(xiao)費兩(liang)端持續(xù)(xu)發(fā)(fa)力(li),推(tui)動節(jié)(jie)能(neng)降碳。在能源(yuan)供給方(fang)面,一是全(quan)面(mian)利用(yong)廠區(qū)屋(wu)面,實(shi)施(shi)分(fen)布式(shi)光伏發(fā)(fa)電,開發(fā)(fa)利用太(tai)陽能,逐(zhu)步(bu)推進(jin)清(qing)潔能源替(ti)代(dai);二是提前布(bu)局,結(jié)合企業(yè)(ye)實際(ji),探索氫(qing)能開(kai)發(fā)(fa)可(ke)行(xing)性(xing);三是(shi)開(kai)展蒸(zheng)汽(qi)階(jie)梯(ti)利用,統(tǒng)(tong)籌利用企(qi)業(yè)(ye)余(yu)壓余熱資源。在(zai)能(neng)源消費方(fang)面(mian),一是(shi)持(chi)續(xù)(xu)推(tui)進現(xiàn)有裝(zhuang)置節(jié)能(neng)提(ti)效,利用(yong)APC控(kong)制、變(bian)溫吸(xi)附等技(ji)術(shù)(shu)對(dui)核心生產(chǎn)(chan)設(she)備優(yōu)(you)化,提(ti)升(sheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)運行(xing)效率(lv);二是加強三廢(fei)資源(yuan)化利用(yong),實(shi)施生產(chǎn)裝置馳(chi)放(fang)氣(qi)資(zi)源(yuan)化(hua)回(hui)收(shou)利(li)用、氣(qi)化濾(lv)機(ji)灰資源(yuan)化(hua)利用、BDO生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)廢液(ye)資(zi)源化(hua)利用、磷石膏資(zi)源化(hua)利(li)用(yong),變廢為寶(bao),在解(jie)決環(huán)保難題的(de)同(tong)時提(ti)升(sheng)資(zi)源(yuan)利用率。
