今年以來(lai),陜(shan)化公(gong)司(si)紀委(wei)立(li)足監(jiān)督(du)專責,發(fā)揮保障(zhang)作(zuo)用(yong),持(chi)續(xù)(xu)糾治“四風”樹立(li)新風,強力推進主(zhu)題教(jiao)育、教(jiao)育(yu)整(zheng)頓和“三個年(nian)”工(gong)作(zuo)落(luo)地落實(shi),加強自(zi)身(shen)建(jian)設(shè),以(yi)“三(san)個(ge)緊盯”切實(shi)強化(hua)了日(ri)常(chang)監(jiān)(jian)督。
緊盯(ding)“我(wo)為群眾辦(ban)實事(shi)”實踐(jian)活(huo)動。針對(dui)員工(gong)反映強烈的(de)工資(zi)績效發(fā)放問(wen)題成(cheng)立檢(jian)查組(zu),先(xian)后針(zhen)對(dui)職工(gong)、意(yi)見(jian)建議(yi)等(deng)熱點(dian)難(nan)點問題進(jin)行了5次(ci)專(zhuan)項(xiang)檢查(cha),切(qie)實(shi)提(ti)升員(yuan)工滿(man)意(yi)度(du)、幸福(fu)感、安全感。
緊盯工程招(zhao)標、物資采購(gou)、產(chǎn)品銷(xiao)售(shou)、合同簽訂(ding)等關(guān)(guan)鍵(jian)環(huán)節(jié)。重點監(jiān)督(du)制(zhi)度執(zhí)(zhi)行是(shi)否到(dao)位,招(zhao)投(tou)標程序是否合(he)規(guī)(gui),合(he)同履行(xing)是(shi)否到(dao)位等(deng)問題(ti)開(kai)展監(jiān)(jian)督(du),杜(du)絕“靠企(qi)吃(chi)企(qi)”“違規(guī)經(jīng)營”等(deng)問(wen)題(ti)發(fā)生(sheng),鏟除“小微(wei)腐敗(bai)”滋(zi)生的溫床,打造清(qing)朗的營(ying)商(shang)生態(tài)(tai)。開展(zhan)專(zhuan)項監(jiān)(jian)督(du)檢查(cha)2次,利(li)用(yong)“四(si)種(zhong)形態(tài)(tai)”發(fā)放(fang)監(jiān)察(cha)建(jian)議書1份(fen),與廉(lian)政(zheng)重(zhong)點部門“一(yi)把手(shou)”談(tan)話(hua)提醒五人次(ci)。
緊(jin)盯制度漏洞(dong)。不(bu)斷規(guī)范各(ge)項(xiang)業(yè)務(wù)流程,堵塞(sai)經(jīng)(jing)營(ying)管理漏(lou)洞(dong),形(xing)成(cheng)以制(zhi)度管(guan)人、用制(zhi)度管(guan)權(quán)(quan)、按(an)制度辦(ban)事的(de)良好(hao)機(ji)制,先(xian)后(hou)完(wan)善(shan)了(le)公司(si)《領(lǐng)導干(gan)部(bu)“庸政懶政怠政”預(yù)防(fang)管(guan)理辦(ban)法(fa)》《2023年(nian)優(yōu)質(zhì)經(jīng)銷商(shang)營銷(xiao)方案實(shi)施辦(ban)法》《黨風(feng)廉政意(yi)見回復(fù)(fu)實(shi)施辦(ban)法》《構(gòu)建(jian)一(yi)體化(hua)監(jiān)督貫(guan)通(tong)協(xié)(xie)同(tong)工作機制實(shi)施(shi)辦(ban)法(試(shi)行(xing))》《銷售供應(yīng)(ying)考(kao)核(he)細(xi)則修訂(ding)》等(deng)5項(xiang)公司(si)制度。部門(men)管理補充了(le)《紀(ji)檢干(gan)部(bu)“八小時外”制(zhi)度》《涉密文(wen)件管(guan)理辦(ban)法》《走讀(du)式談話(hua)安全管(guan)理辦(ban)法(fa)》等(deng)制度(du)。1-7月份(fen),日常市場(chang)監(jiān)(jian)管審(shen)核購(gou)銷(xiao)合(he)同約4000份(fen),執(zhí)行(xing)制(zhi)度發(fā)(fa)布(bu)考核(he)通(tong)報(bao)共24次。
在“三(san)個緊(jin)盯(ding)”的基(ji)礎(chǔ)(chu)上,陜(shan)化(hua)公(gong)司紀(ji)委(wei)將(jiang)日常(chang)警示教育(yu)與(yu)即(ji)時(shi)提醒(xing)相結(jié)合,不(bu)斷(duan)增強(qiang)責(ze)任意(yi)識、風(feng)險意(yi)識(shi)、廉(lian)潔意識,進一(yi)步提(ti)高拒腐(fu)防(fang)變(bian)的(de)政(zheng)治(zhi)自覺(jue)、思(si)想自覺和(he)行為(wei)自(zi)覺(jue)。
