近(jin)年來(lai),在(zai)陜煤集團(tuán)和化工(gong)集團(tuán)的正(zheng)確領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下(xia),陜化(hua)集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)堅(jiān)持降本(ben)增效練(lian)內(nèi)(nei)功(gong),改革創(chuàng)新(xin)強(qiáng)(qiang)動(dòng)(dong)能(neng),以(yi)“隱患大排查(cha)、管(guan)理大提升”為(wei)主線,真抓實(shí)(shi)干、奮楫(ji)爭(zhēng)先(xian),生產(chǎn)運(yùn)(yun)行(xing)、經(jīng)營(yíng)效益(yi)和管(guan)理效能(neng)取得了跨(kua)越(yue)式(shi)的(de)發(fā)(fa)展(zhan),實(shí)(shi)現(xiàn)了(le)鳳(feng)凰涅(nie)槃,浴火重(zhong)生。

七月的(de)伏(fu)夏(xia)熱浪(lang)逼人,走(zou)進(jìn)位于華州(zhou)區(qū)精細(xì)(xi)化(hua)工(gong)園(yuan)區(qū)(qu)的陜(shan)化集團(tuán)煤化(hua)工生(sheng)產(chǎn)現(xiàn)(xian)場(chǎng)(chang),管廊林立(li)間(jian),生產(chǎn)(chan)正酣戰(zhàn)。塔塔(ta)罐(guan)罐鉚(mao)足了“拼(pin)”勁兒(er),24小(xiao)時(shí)奮(fen)力生產(chǎn)(chan),正在以(yi)“量”提效。
剛剛(gang)過去的上(shang)半(ban)年(nian),陜化集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)充分挖掘(jue)各(ge)單位生(sheng)產(chǎn)潛能(neng)以(yi)量補(bǔ)價(jià),生產(chǎn)化肥化(hua)工產(chǎn)品總(zong)量完成(cheng)陜(shan)煤集團(tuán)(tuan)年度(du)產(chǎn)量(liang)計(jì)劃(hua)的(de)62.89%,與(yu)去年同期相(xiang)比(bi)增產(chǎn)(chan)5.98萬(wan)噸。
作(zuo)為生(sheng)產(chǎn)(chan)制(zhi)造企業(yè)(ye),產(chǎn)量(liang)是(shi)生(sheng)存(cun)之本。陜化集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)堅(jiān)(jian)持(chi)以(yi)增(zeng)產(chǎn)(chan)提能效,重點(diǎn)實(shí)施(shi)合成氨(an)效(xiao)能(neng)提升(sheng)、比迪(di)歐炔化裝置(zhi)效能(neng)提升等大(da)型(xing)改(gai)造(zao)項(xiàng)(xiang)目,強(qiáng)(qiang)力(li)推進(jìn)智能(neng)化(hua)工(gong)廠建設(shè),使裝(zhuang)置(zhi)產(chǎn)(chan)能(neng)突(tu)破(po)130%,氣化(hua)煤漿濃度(du)從(cong)62%提升(sheng)至(zhi)64%,氣(qi)體(ti)有(you)效成(cheng)分(fen)從79%提升至83%,達(dá)到(dao)同類型(xing)行業(yè)領(lǐng)(ling)先水(shui)平(ping)。擴(kuò)建原料及產(chǎn)品(pin)儲(chǔ)存(cun)設(shè)施,緊(jin)盯邊(bian)際效益(yi),加(jia)強(qiáng)波(bo)段操(cao)作(zuo),強(qiáng)化產(chǎn)(chan)供銷一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)協(xié)(xie)同(tong),公(gong)司營(yíng)(ying)業(yè)收入和(he)利潤(rùn)(run)實(shí)現(xiàn)大(da)幅(fu)增(zeng)長(zhǎng),近兩年(nian),盈利(li)高達(dá)30多(duo)億元(yuan),位(wei)居(ju)行(xing)業(yè)(ye)前列。
用“減”法(fa)降(jiang)成(cheng)本
在產(chǎn)(chan)品同(tong)質(zhì)(zhi)化(hua)嚴(yán)重競(jìng)(jing)爭(zhēng)(zheng)的(de)今(jin)天,企業(yè)最(zui)終比拼的還是成(cheng)本(ben)。2023年(nian)是(shi)“降(jiang)本(ben)增效(xiao)”年(nian),陜化(hua)集(ji)團(tuán)(tuan)挖掘管(guan)理潛(qian)力(li)降(jiang)本(ben)增(zeng)效(xiao),緊(jin)盯(ding)資源(yuan)吃(chi)干榨(zha)凈,推行(xing)合同能源管(guan)理(li)模(mo)式(shi),積(ji)極(ji)引(yin)進(jìn)(jin)新工(gong)藝(yi)、新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)、新材料,實(shí)(shi)施完(wan)成(cheng)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)凝(ning)液余(yu)熱(re)回收、循(xun)環(huán)(huan)水(shui)系(xi)統(tǒng)(tong)和大(da)型(xing)機(jī)組(zu)節(jié)(jie)能(neng)節(jié)(jie)電等8項(xiàng)技改項(xiàng)目(mu),年增效(xiao)達(dá)(da)6600萬元(yuan)。合(he)成氨綜合(he)能耗連(lian)續(xù)(xu)三(san)年入(ru)圍(wei)“領(lǐng)跑(pao)者(zhe)”榜(bang)單(dan)。構(gòu)建(jian)了“人、財(cái)(cai)、物、制”四(si)位一(yi)體大成本管理體(ti)系,實(shí)(shi)施(shi)思(si)維導(dǎo)(dao)圖法(fa)強(qiáng)(qiang)化(hua)責(zé)任(ren)追(zhui)究(jiu),實(shí)現(xiàn)(xian)成(cheng)本(ben)全要(yao)素(su)、全(quan)流程、全(quan)周(zhou)期管(guan)控,上半年成本費(fèi)用同(tong)比下降(jiang)7000萬(wan)元(yuan)。
“在2023年度中國(guó)設(shè)(she)備管(guan)理與(yu)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新成果交(jiao)流(liu)大(da)會(huì)上,陜(shan)化集團(tuán)低(di)溫(wen)甲醇(chun)洗(xi)裝置洗滌(di)塔塔(ta)盤(pan)改型提(ti)效(xiao)項(xiàng)(xiang)目獲(huo)得(de)一(yi)等(deng)獎(jiǎng)(jiang),合成(cheng)系統(tǒng)能(neng)效(xiao)提升(sheng)E1810、E2810更(geng)換(huan)改造、260th煤粉(fen)2#鍋爐(lu)排煙(yan)降溫提(ti)效改(gai)造(zao)、BYD進(jìn)(jin)料(liao)泵(beng)國(guó)(guo)產(chǎn)化改造等(deng)3個(gè)項(xiàng)目(mu)獲得(de)了(le)二(er)等獎(jiǎng)?!标?shan)化(hua)集團(tuán)機(jī)械(xie)動(dòng)(dong)力部部(bu)長(zhǎng)張(zhang)偉說。
近兩年(nian)來,公(gong)司通過(guo)積(ji)極(ji)開展技術(shù)(shu)改造(zao),推(tui)廣新(xin)技(ji)術(shù)、新(xin)材料(liao)應(yīng)用(yong),破解“卡(ka)脖子(zi)”關(guān)(guan)鍵技(ji)術(shù)難題,完(wan)成(cheng)了技術(shù)改造84項(xiàng)(xiang),推廣(guang)新技(ji)術(shù)(shu)、新(xin)材(cai)料應(yīng)(ying)用(yong)10余項(xiàng)(xiang)。
